23rd October 2023. Hi sweet, well it is about 2 30am and cannot sleep so thought I would talk to you. It is Carlys 33rd birthday today. She calling round with Archie later and doing a pampering session on my feet. Then she taking me out and we having lunch somewhere. Probably go to The Willows on Highfield Road. Lacey will be working at the little sandwich shop in town. Weather is quite chilly now it is October, I am going to have to turn the heating on soon love. 19th October 2023. Well love just got back from Taylor's chip shop. We went there for tea with Kath. Fish, chips and mushy peas. Helen's birthday meal. So that was breakfast out and tea. 19th October 2023. Hi Darling. Another birthday today. Helen is 56 but she definitely does not look it. The three of us went to Willows cafe on Highfield Road for breakfast. We all had the all day breakfast. It was really nice plus it was hot. Going to Taylor's chip shop for our tea tonight. Looking forward to seeing Rosie plus Kath will be going as well. 17th October 2023. Hi Darling, four years today since you came home for the last time from hospital. Helen went up to get you sorted and the rest of us was waiting at home for you. Can you remember giving the ambulance driver a half bottle of whisky. When you got home you were so much more cheerful, you even talked about us getting two mobility scooters to go out on. 18th September 2023. Our 58th wedding anniversary today love. All the cards are out as usual. 58 years ago today Uncle Harry gave you my hand but I gave you my heart. Never forget that you are the greatest gift and deepest joy that ever came into my life. You were my soul mate, the love of my life. The reason I never gave up. My best friend. Without you we would not have had our wonderful Children and their families. Such a big family now. Children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. Not forgetting our lovely daughter in law Helen.
