25th December 2023. HAPPY HEAVENLY CHRISTMAS sweetheart. Our fifth one apart. Carly and family coming round for breakfast as usual. I went out for tea last night with all of Simons family plus Kath. Simon brought my presents round last night, gosh love there looks to be enough for the whole street. Not opened any yet. Cannot wait to see Archie & Lacey when they get their main present. 24th December 2023. It is CHRISTMAS EVE today. Hi my Darling. 60 years ago tonight since we got engaged. It was at The Whitegate Hotel on Broadway. We were with Joan & Dennis. 15th December 2023. Hi sweet, Samantha's birthday today love. Gosh she is 54. Probably wont see her as she having a chilled out day. Can you remember we said we would give her the red car for her 50th. Think that probably was a mistake as they went camping in it instead of the land rover which is built for things like that. 13th December 2023. Hi love another birthday today Lauren is 29. I do wish she could find someone nice and settle down. 6th December 2023. HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY LACEY. Hi love, our little girl is 16 today. Can you remember the day she was born, we were looking after Harrison when Samantha phoned to tell us she had arrived. Two new babies in the same year then Rosie arrived the following year. Lots of baby sitting coming our way. Going over to Rochdale this morning to see Gwyneth, Leslie and Marie.. Have not seen them for 12 months. Simon & Helen taking me. 11th November 2023. Remembering you my darling on the fourth Anniversary of your funeral. Armistice Day we remember a lot of brave men. This includes you my love. You never complained when you were diagnosed, you had your treatment and got on with life. Another day goes on without you but I have all our wonderful memories around me.
