21st February 2024. Hi love, only three sleeps before we take Archie to Florida. Really hope he behaves and enjoys it all. Wendy called round this morning to witness some papers Simon & Helen were signing. Plus myself. She stayed a couple of hours and we chatted quite a lot. I really enjoy taking to both Jack & Wendy. A proper conversation. They are such good neighbours and have both looked after me since you left. Samantha is in Egypt at the moment, she seems to be enjoying herself. They look to be back packing. Dont fancy it myself though, we always liked to know where we were going. But as long as it suits her that is what matters love. 13 February 2024. Hi my Darling, gosh love it is 48 years today since your lovely Dad died. I think it was pneumonia or bronchitis he had. I remember him going into hospital and he didn't last long after that. I think that was the first time I had ever seen you cry. He was such a nice man. I remember your Mum & Dad going to Sedgley Ave and helping us down there. He liked to be involved even though he couldn't do a lot he just wanted to be there to assist. 6th February 2024. Hi Darling, Simons 56th birthday today love. Tonight we are going to Miller & Carter. Simon, Helen, Rosie and myself. It is hard knowing what to buy for everyone these days so we are buying him some rock, or giving him the money to get some. I dont know what I would do without him, he has been so good since you left me. I miss you so much love. Every day I talk to you because it brings me comfort. 21st January 2024. Hi Darling, today Archie had his birthday party with his friends at a trampoline park called Ascent. It went down really well although even though it was only about two & half hours I was ready for coming home. They got so long on the trampolines and then some kind of slides. After that there was chips, chicken nuggets, sausages and garlic bread, plus ice cream to follow and then birthday cake. When I got back home I put my pyjamas on and feet up. Love you darling. 18th January 2024. Hi Darling, Archies 7th birthday today love. What a little love he is. But so, so stubborn at times. He phoned this morning on his way to school to tell me what he had got for his birthday and sounded really excited. He is sleeping over tomorrow night so bought him plenty of fruit which he loves.
