1. Going on a walk with a friend
The last year has shown how much of a positive impact going for regular walks can have on our mental health. Going for a walk with a friend or family member is a great way to boost our overall mood and wellbeing.
2. Keeping a gratitude journal
Just the act of writing down things we are thankful for can do wonders for our mental health, and is a great way to build optimism.
3. Pause and reflect
It is easy to become overwhelmed by our feelings, so it is important to pause for a moment and reflect, helping us prioritise and manage our thoughts.
