The choice of activity is entirely up to you. It’s important to remember that everyone is different, so you need to set a goal that works for you and your body. Whether walking, running, doing yoga, swimming or cycling, anything is fine as long as you are doing it every day. Even if you have health issues and maybe struggle with exercise, you could still join even if all you can do is walk for 10 minutes every day.
Those who work full time may feel they don’t have time to fit in physical activity every day, but it doesn’t have to be done all at once. Just doing some squats while waiting for the kettle to boil, or even doing some chair yoga at your desk can make a difference.
