Funeral Notices Announces Participation in National Funeral Exhibition 2024 with Launch of Enhanced Website

We are excited to share that Funeral Notices will be participating in the National Funeral Exhibition (NFE) 2024.

The NFE takes place 13th - 15th June 2024 at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry. Organised by the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD), the exhibition is built specifically for the funeral industry. With targeted seminars and exhibitors from all over the globe, the aim is to connect Funeral Directors with businesses who can support them with their business needs.

According to the event website:

"The National Funeral Exhibition (NFE) is a respected global platform for the funeral profession and the largest trade show for the sector in the United Kingdom; showcasing the latest, innovative products, inspiring thought leadership and business networking opportunities to 4,500+ funeral sector professionals.

"One of the top three funeral trade shows in the world, the biennial NFE provides an opportunity for the industry to meet, innovate, buy, sell and see which direction the industry is heading in, in a vibrant and future-focused environment."

For the team here at Funeral Notices, this important event will be the stage for introducing the latest updates to our website, funeral-notices.co.uk, which have been designed with care to better serve families and individuals during their times of loss.

Adapting to Changing Times

In recent years, how we view death, dying, and mourning has changed a lot. The pandemic made it difficult for people to attend funerals in person, leading many to turn to online platforms for tributes and donations. At Funeral Notices, we have listened to these changes and are committed to making our online presence as helpful and comforting as possible.

Making Our Website Easier to Use

Our new website updates focus on making it easier for everyone to use. We’ve chosen softer colours to make the site more soothing and accessible for those with visual impairments. Improved menu options will help families and funeral directors find important resources like grief support blogs and easily browse through millions of notices.

Supporting Families is Our Priority

Darren Minns, Commercial Director for Funeral Notices, shared:

“At Funeral Notices, our main focus is supporting families during their most difficult times. We’ve designed every part of the website update with their needs in mind. From calming visuals to a user-friendly interface, our goal is to provide a supportive online space that respects their experiences and offers valuable resources.”

“Every minute of every day, people interact with notices on our site - adding tributes, messages of condolence, or making donations. These tributes remain on the notice forever, creating an everlasting memorial for loved ones. We are proud to offer this service and will continue to invest in Funeral Notices to meet the needs of bereaved families.”
