This year’s theme is
Growing Together, encouraging children (and adults) to consider how they have grown, and how they can help others grow. Make this your theme for the week and talk to your children and others about what this means to you and them.
There are some great ideas and resources available if you want to get involved in fundraising. You can hold a
Dress to Express Day with your school, workplace or family and friends, where everyone wears whatever they like, the more extravagant and expressive the better! There is some great advice on how to make this a success on the website.
You can use social media to spread awareness about the cause by sharing your own experiences or promoting Children’s Mental Health Week. There are downloadable resources available to help with this as well such as posts, images and other ideas.
