Mum passed away peacefully and comfortably on Sunday 12th of January.
She will be dearly missed by all her family and everyone that had the pleasure of her acquaintance.
Pam was a wonderful wife to her late husband Haydn, loving Mum to Ceri, John and Kathryn and an adored Nanny to Tom, Amy, Ryan, Amy, Adam and Chloe and Great-Grandmother to Jude.
We are so pleased that Kathryn and Mark were by her side and family were close by at the time.
Funeral Service will take place on Friday 7th of February at Chester Crematorium at 11:20am.
Donations in lieu of flowers would be gratefully received in aid of The Hospice of The Good Shepherd at the service. This being the Charity that Mum supported for many years.
