Our services to you start when you make contact with us, whether by telephone or calling in personally.
On initial contact we will ask you for some preliminary details, if the deceased had died at home, in a nursing home or in hospital, we will arrange the conveyance of the deceased into our care.

At this meeting we will discuss all aspects of the funeral, we will be able to advise on all the services we offer, we will help to make the funeral a fitting occasion to remember and portray the life of a loved one.
You will be able to make the service as unique as you wish, with our local knowledge of the area we can help and guide you.
We will be able to prepare all the documentation necessary to allow the funeral to proceed legally, we will act on your instructions to arrange a church, crematorium, cemetery etc. At the time of the arrangements being made, we will discuss the costs involved and give you a full estimate of the funeral costs, this will include all third party costs which we would pay prior to the funeral on your behalf.
