On initial contact we will ask you for preliminary details whereupon we may advise you as to the removal of your loved one to our chapels of rest as soon as possible. We would then arrange a suitable time to meet and make funeral arrangements, either in your home or at one of our offices to discuss all the options available in order to fulfil your personal needs and requirements for the funeral arrangements.
We will take care of on your behalf all the necessary paperwork, liaise with doctors, hospitals, ministers, speakers etc as appropriate.
