Much loved Husband of Sheila, Dad to Jacqueline, Father-in-law to David, beloved Grandad to Rebecca & Matthew and Great Grandad to Georgia & Eddy, he will be greatly missed by all his family and Friends. The Funeral Service takes place at Yeovil Crematorium on Monday 13th May at 11.20am. Donations in Memory of Jeff are being invited in Aid of St Margaret's Hospice and can be left after the service or sent to G H Cook & Son, 8-11 Bond Street, Yeovil 01935 423463 (please make cheques payable to the charity).
