Phyllis EileenVANDERVELDTPassed away peacefully in Yeovil District Hospital on 29th September aged 85 years. Beloved Mum to Kim and Hayley, Nan to Luke, Paige, Lauren, Stephen and Andrew and mother in law to Mark and Mark xx. Phyllis was very loved and will be sadly missed by all who knew her. The funeral service will take place at Preston Road Methodist Church on 23rd October at 12.00 noon, followed by burial at Yeovil Cemetery. Flowers are welcome and donations in memory of Phyllis are being invited in aid of St Margaret's Hospice. Cheques made out to the charity may be forwarded to G H Cook & Son 8-11 Bond Street, Yeovil, BA20 1PE.
