AntoniZAKIt is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Antoni Zak, who left us on Saturday February 1st 2025, at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
A much loved father to Emma and Aaron, father-in-law to Rachael, grandad to Ruby, Mia and Eddie, brother to Christine, Gary, Jeffery and the late Rosemary, uncle and friend to many who will be greatly missed.
The funeral service and cremation will be held at Bradwell Crematorium on Wednesday 26th February 2025 at 10:40am.
Would all family and friends please meet at the Crematorium.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the University Hospitals of North Midlands (U.H.N.M).
