Funeral service and cremation to take place on Monday 3rd March at 2pm in St Bede's Chapel Teesside Crematorium. Friends please meet at St Bede's Chapel and afterwards at Middlesbrough Bowling Club.
Family flowers only please. Donations if so desired to The Salvation Army and Motor Neurone Disease Association. A collection plate will be available outside the chapel.
