Tom's funeral service will take place at Weston Mill Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd May at 10.45am.

Family flowers only, by request, however, donations in lieu, if so desired, to benefit Devon Junior Minor Football League may be made online via funeral-notices.co.uk or by retiring collection at the service.
