Helen, there is no one word to describe you, there are many that come to mind, kind, caring, funny, beautiful and most of all courageous. It was my pleasure to know you, thoughts are with your family at this time. Fly high precious Angel x

My Forever Friend Helen; Where do I start in writing a tribute to someone so very dear to me, someone with whom I have spent time with, shared laughter and tears with, partied together and proudly stood by your side as you rode the rollercoaster ride of the last ten years. I guess for me in some ways its simple Helen, I loved you, you will always be part of me. I have learnt so much from you about courage, about living your best life and about being okay with just being you. You will always be my LTC - and in your words 'if you know - you know'. Fly high my beautiful friend - you will always be in my heart and I will treasure our friendship forever. Love to you xxxx
