Funeral Service to take place at Lincoln Crematorium on Friday 11th January 2013 at 1:10pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired, may be made payable to ULHT Charitable Funds to benefit the Johnson Ward at Lincoln County Hospital c/o The Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Service, 11 Proctors Road, Lincoln, LN2 4LA.
