So sorry to hear about John passing away. He will be sorely missed by the County family and was a true fan that stuck by the team in adversity. So many fond memories chatting to John at the end of the games at Spytty dissecting the match and putting the wrongs right.

RIP John

Saddened to hear the news of your sudden passing. Spent many a day chatting with you in the Riverside Stand, Sophia Gardens, (and several other grounds), experiencing the ups and downs of Glamorgan Cricket Club. A group of us stalwarts became really good friends and will be renewing acquaintances, when the new season begins. Every year our number gets fewer. There will be an empty seat, where you would have sat, enjoying your flask of coffee. We will fondly remember you. It was a joy and privilege to have known you. RIP.
