Janet AnneWILLIAMSNée Nolan Janet, our eldest sister, died very suddenly, without warning on 16th March. We are totally in disbelief. She was fiercely independent, never asked for anything. She had a lot of principles, and stuck by them. She loved Elvis, his movies and music, but her 1st love was Donny Osmond. She loved being around children, something she did for years in the nursery. Janet was very much interested in issues around child poverty. She had strong beliefs, and was very determined. She loved to talk, and talk. She suffered with her own issues in her life but never really complained. She was totally loyal, and would stand up for what she believed in. She was frightened of illness, and anyone who was ill was given a wide berth as she couldn't cope. She will be forever remembered and loved. She helped me with my daughters years ago. They have very fond memories of her. So, farewell for now Janet. Will see you again. I hope you find solace and rest in your afterlife. You have been returned to Mum, and she will keep you forever safe. Xx Funeral on Tuesday 12 April 2022, at Thornton Crematorium at 1.30pm. Afterwards at Café d'art, Formby. No flowers please, just donate to your local foodbank.
