MikeWILLIAMSMike Williams, partner of the late Angela O'Brien, loving father to Karl and Rhiannon and Grandfather to Ewan, Luca, Ella, Dylan and Ethan passed away at home on 2nd July 2021 aged 88 years. Mike was born to Louis and Ethel Williams on the 8th June 1933 at Stockport Infirmary and was the eldest of four brothers Ian, Trevor and Brian. He apprenticed as a plumber then worked for the council works division at Bredbury and Romiley for most of his career before taking early retirement. Mike was a keen cricket fan and was a familiar face at Compstall and Woodley cricket clubs, supporting Karl, his son in law Chris and his grandsons Ewan and Luca. A service in celebration of his life is being held at Romiley Methodist Church on the 20th July at 12:15 followed by Werneth Low Golf Club.
