We would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of Cefni hospital, Llangefni, the Doctors and staff of Beaumaris Health Centre and everyone at Towyn Capel Care Home, Trearddur Bay. Particular and especial thanks to everyone at Plas Penmon Nursing Home, Beaumaris, for the outstanding care given to Mum where she was embraced by compassion, dedication, understanding and so much love; mere words cannot fully express our gratitude for the wonderful care you gave Mum and us.
