JeanWILKINSONThe family would like to thank all who attended Jean's funeral and for the donations given. The family would also like to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Meddygfa Tywyn Bach for their support and the District Nurses and Lymphodema Nurses for the care given. Special thanks to Kirsty Ryan in social services for all her help in recent months and to Crossroads in particular Susan and Jackie, thank you to Admiral Nurse Donna Owens and lastly Cilymaenllywd Care Home for looking after Jean in her last few weeks with us. Thank you to Rev. Geoffrey Hays for a beautiful and fitting service. Thank you to the staff of Burry Port Funeralcare for the support given during this difficult time.
