MichaelWILEMANIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Michael on Sunday 23rd March 2025, aged 80 years old.

Michael was born in Derby, and moved to Draycott in 1969 where he lived ever since. Michael did his apprenticeship on the railway then worked for Rolls Royce from 1965 until his retirement.

Michael was a loving husband to Carol, Dad to Pete and Jackie, as well as a Grandad to Anthony and Danielle.

A funeral service to celebrate Michael's life will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium on Tuesday 29th April 2025 at 11:30am.

After the service, everyone is warmly welcomed for refreshments at The Coopers Arms in Weston on Trent.

Family flowers only by kind request but any donations can be donated to Parkinsons UK.

I first met Mick as office messengers aged 15 ,at Derby Locomotive Works , prior to starting our Apprenticeships together, before moving to Rolls Royce where we remained firm friends, a truly GREAT GUY , who will be sadly missed
