Loving husband to Chris, beloved dad to Paul, Jo, and Christine. Much loved grandad to Brandon. Father-in-law to Dave and the late Peter. Dearly loved uncle to June, Mandy, Jaqueline, Steven, and Trevor, a great-uncle to Jimmy and Tom. Dog-dad to the late Benji and Barney.
Sydney will be sadly missed by all the extended family; Dee, Theresa, Shaun, Kayleigh, Mel and Sammy. Step-family; Steven, Adele, Sam, and Lucie. In-laws; Linda, the late Les, Terry and Ann, Mike and Christine.
A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at Hesslewood House Care Home, where Sydney happily spent the last months of his life.
Sydney; you were much loved and will be forever in our hearts. A lifetime of memories treasured.
A service to celebrate Sydney's life, will be held on Tuesday 5th November at 12.30pm, Chanterlands Crematorium, Hull, in the large chapel. All family and friends are welcome at the service and for a continuance of the celebrations at The Hull & East Riding Sports Club, Chanterlands Avenue.
Black attire is welcome, but please consider wearing bright colours if at all possible.
Family flowers only by request, however, donations if desired can be left immediately following the service for The Hesslewood House Residents Fund.
