Phyllis DorothyWHITEHOUSE(nee James) Passed away peacefully at Blackpool Victoria Hospital on Monday 5th February 2018. Loving wife of Charles, mother to Stephen and Julie, loving nan to Samantha and Daniel, and great-nan to Ryan. Sadly missed by all who knew her. Her funeral service will be held at Carleton Crematorium on Tuesday 6th March 2018 at 2.45pm. Donations in memory of Phyllis can be made to Macmillan Cancer Support.
