I send my condolences and support to all of Ian’s family and friends.
I knew Ian from when he was 15 years old, when he joined The Castle Kings band as their drummer in 1964. Like all band musicians we became close musical friends and Ian’s contribution to the band was enormous and highly valued. Later, Ian joined some band re-unions in 1985, 1986, and 2005.
Ian will also be remembered and sadly missed by the many musicians that he worked with during his musical career after The Castle Kings era.
John Cowan, ex-Castle Kings guitarist.

Lovely neighbour from our flat days - always smiling and ready to help. In the days when Angie used to iron his jeans dry to go out, before tumble dryers were invented ! Keep those drums beating Ian!
Lots of love, Dianne & Chris Dunn xxx
