FredWATSONOf Birtley, Northumberland, died peacefully at Haltwhistle War Memorial Hospital on Wednesday 28th February.

Fred was aged 87 years, and leaves behind not only his wife, Margaret, and their family but also the legacy of his sculpture, created throughout his life.

His funeral will take place at St Giles' Church, Birtley, Nr. Wark, at 2pm on Thursday 14th March.
