IrisWASHINGTONPassed away peacefully at The Poplars Nursing Home on 12th September 2022, aged 88 years. Much cherished wife of the late Ernest and devoted mum of Philip and the late Lynn. Dear mum in law of Graham and Sue, a much loved grandmother of Joseph, Lucy, Zoe, Elsa, Charles and Dominic and a great grandma of Molly, Lucas and Rex. Much loved sister, aunty and a friend to many. The funeral service will be held at Bretby Crematorium, Carnarvon Chapel on Thursday 13th October at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Iris may be placed in the collection box at the service and will be forwarded to Stretton Methodist Chapel and The Trefoil Guild-Burton.
