Jacqueline AnnWALSHOf Springhill Avenue, Stacksteads, died peacefully at home on Monday, October 9, aged 70 years.
A Requiem mass will be held at St James the Less RC Church, Rawtenstall, on Tuesday 17th October at 11am. followed by interment in Bacup cemetery at 12.30 p.m. conducted by Father Simon Stamp.
Born in Bacup Jacqueline lived in the Bacup and Stacksteads area all of her life. She enjoyed gardening before her illness and loved being surrounded by her loving family.
She leaves her husband of 52 years, Martin, daughter Collette, son Craig and his partner Jane, grandson Tommy, sisters Teresa Crook, Betty Conearn, Patricia Gaughan and Josephine Samburgh, nephews, nieces and many friends.
