They are thankful for the generosity shown in donations totalling £700 to Parkinson UK in Val's memory. The entire family would like say special thanks to carers and staff of Trefula Nursing Home St Day, who looked after Val so well whilst she was with them. To Wendy Smith for officiating at the funeral and for all her kind words of support, Joi Werndly for the perfect flowers and The Old Shire Inn, Camborne for their hospitality. Gratitude and thanks to Chris Blewett at L Blewett and Son Funeral Directors for his professionalism and constant support throughout the organisation of the funeral.
