I'll hang on to the past memories Sanny, from growing up together to adulthood and everything in between, a road map of memories unique to us. We missed out on the family years but we were catching up and filling in the holes. Some folk never got you, a bit too abrasive and sarky but I did, to me it was one of your endearing features, we were alike in that respect, laughing our heads off at any old dross and every bit as sarcastic as each other. You exit life with your head held high Sanny, worked all your days, supported and looked after your family and kin folk in good and bad, Irene, Alex and Tilly, three off the top of my head that will lay testament to that, and loads more without question forbye. A bit acerbic but you’d a soft underbelly, everybody that truly knew you will already know that.
At the point I close this, all teary again, preferred it so much better with laughter but ksara. I can hear you now, man up, trouble is I’ve a soft underbelly too so you’ll just have to deal with it. We’ll skip past the religious bit and I’ll raise a glass to you when I’m in Benidorm instead. ‘Cheers’
My heartfelt thoughts to Anna and the family, those known and unknown.
Drew.
