Marlene VioletTURNER(Nee Williams) Passed away peacefully on Monday 10th January aged 86 years, Marlene of Hafnant, Winch Wen, originally from Ethel Street, Melyn, Neath. Beloved wife of Vic, precious mam of Paul and Linda and mother-in-law of Anthea and Philip, devoted nanny of Nicky, Aimee, Sophie and Danni, dearly loved sister of Anita, Grace, Ray and the late Glenys, Burt and Billy, loved cousin of Jean, a dear aunty to all her nephews and nieces, Marlene will be greatly missed by all her loving family and many friends. Funeral service at St Samlet's Church, Llansamlet on Friday 28th January at 10:30am followed by interment service at Ynysymaerdy Cemetery, Briton Ferry at 11:30am. Due to current restrictions attendance within the church will be limited. For those wishing to pay their respects, the funeral cortege will be leaving Marelene's home in Hafnant at 10:10am, alternatively friends are invited to gather at the cemetery for the burial service.
