Loving Mum of Jane and Barrie, Mother in law to Sue. A cherished nana, great nana and great great nana. A celebration of Pat's life will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Thursday the 10th October at 10:40. Mourning attire is not necessary. Family flowers only please by request, however donations in lieu and in memory of Pat may be made on leaving the ceremony to Macmillan Cancer Care.
