Alexander JohnTHOMSONPassed away peacefully at the Cedar Court Nursing Home on Sunday 17th March 2024, aged 95 years.
Beloved husband of the late Isobel, a much loved dad to Duncan, brother to Edith and uncle to Donald and Neil.
Alexander was a professional engineer in his working life. Away from work he was a dedicated sportsman, keen bridge player and a good friend to many over the years.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Wednesday 10th April at 1.30 pm .
Family flowers only please, however donations may be given at the service. These will go on to support Myeloma UK.
