KennethTHOMPSONBeloved husband of Hazel. Dearly loved dad of Nigel. Much loved grandad of Jack and Hugh, and a special father in law, uncle and friend. Passed away peacefully on 30th October 2023, aged 94 years. Funeral service to be held at The Heart of England Nuneaton on Tuesday 14th November 2023 at 2:00pm Immediate family flowers only please, donations if desired payable to Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and Dementia UK in memory of Ken which can be made via J E Hackett and Sons website (make a donation) or by post to J.E.Hackett and Sons Ltd 93 Leicester Road, Bedworth CV12 8AH. Tel: 024 76 313 326. Alternatively, there will be a donation box available at the crematorium.

I lived opposite Mr. Thompson and Mrs. Thomson many years ago. We shared a birthdate but he was quite a few years my elder. As a teenager I babysat Vanessa and Nigel. I totally endorse Madison’s tribute. He was indeed a true gentleman and a gentle man. Always wore suit and tie even to fetch his paper. Rest in peace.

This absolutely breaks my heart I've only just found out about Kens passing! I've lived across the road from Ken and Hazel in bulkington for about 15 years untill they went into a home!
I will always remember his love for his fresh éclairs from the co-op and always being in his suit every single day!

Rest in peace Ken you were and absolute delight to know
