KennethTHOMAS(Ken) (Birtley) In hospital on 1st January 2025 aged 76 years Ken.

Dearly loved husband of Margery and the late Pat, devoted dad of Jane and the late Gareth, stepdad of Andrea, loving grandad of John-Dylan, Anya, Elise and Kaden.

Funeral Service at Birtley Crematorium on Thursday 23rd January at 12 noon.

Family flowers only.

Donations in lieu if desired to The British Heart Foundation c/o Martin Rankin Funeral Directors, 7 The Square, Front Street, Whickham, NE16 4JB.

All welcome afterwards at Angel View Hotel.

I have known Ken nearly all of my life and was privileged to call him a friend.
Ken was a loyal caring thoughtful man and was always there if you needed him.
Rest in Peace Ken I will miss you greatly

it’s so hard to say that you’re gone but you’re back with dad now, hope yous are looking after each other. words can’t describe how much i miss you but ill do you proud. we will have the send off you deserve. love you always grandad, it was amazing knowing you and being a part of your family, forever and always. your bonny girl ❤️

I am verg sorry to hear of Kens passing.We lived next to Ken and his fsmily in the 50s and 60s.My sincere condolences to all his family.Rest in peace my friend.
