SylviaTHOMASPassed away peacefully at her home aged 75 years. Beloved Nan of James, Leah and Gabriel and sister of John, Jane and Gail. She was a selfless woman who has now been reunited with her dad, mum and nin. She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

The funeral service will take place at West Lancashire Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 17th October 2024 at 1pm.

Family flowers only please, donations are requested to any children's charity of personal choice.
