Much loved husband to Janet, devoted father to Claire, Helen and Emma, dear father-in-law to John, close family friend to Lawrence, cherished grandad to Joe and Oliver. Patrick always made us smile and will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Would family and friends please meet at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Tuesday 19th of December at 12pm for service followed by a burial.
