AdrianSYLVESTERSadly passed away on Tuesday 26th November 2024, aged 62 years. Beloved husband of Debbie, dad to Zoe and Jack, brother, father in law, son in law, uncle and a friend to many.
Funeral service to be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent on Tuesday 17th December 2024 at 12.30pm. Black attire is not necessary, please wear a splash of colour.
Family flowers only please. Donations if desired, are invited for The Nightingale Macmillan Unit (General Fund), at the Royal Derby Hospital (Fund Number 14001). These can be made online at
www.georgesimnett.co.uk or may be given at the service.

Deb, Zoe, Jack, I wish I had the right words but want to say how sorry we/I was to hear of Ady’s passing. I didn’t know him well but he always had a smile, and time for a chat and was one of the good ones, I like many many people will miss him. Rob
