Service and Committal at Huddersfield Crematorium on Monday February 19th at 1.15 pm. Will friends please accept this the only intimation. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Special Care Baby Unit at Calderdale Royal Hospital for which a plate will be provided at the Service.
