Resting at Roy Larcombe, 56/58 Carlisle St, Splott until the funeral service at St Saviours Church, Splott on Tuesday Dec 23 at 12.15pm, afterwards to Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel. No flowers by request please, a retiring collection will be made during the service to The British Heart Foundation in memory of Elwyn.
