DavidSTODDARTPassed away peacefully following a short illness in the Countess of Chester Hospital on
24th January 2025 aged 69 years.

Beloved husband to Chris, a devoted dad to Andrew and Hannah, also a dear brother, uncle, and friend to many.

Funeral service to take place at Chester Crematorium on Thursday 20th February 2025 at 2.40pm.

Family flowers only, but donations in Dave's memory will be shared between Cancer Research UK and
The Donkey Sanctuary
and may be made via the funeral director.

So sorry to hear the legend that is Dave has been taken from us. I remember in my youth being round playing PlayStation with Andrew and always having chats with Dave in the kitchen. I felt truly welcomed by him and Christine into their home always, even as an annoying teenager.

A big part of my upbringing and a great man. Always interested in how I was and if I was happy in life. I’ll miss seeing him around with his reassuring presence. Rest in peace Dave, thanks for being you x
