They say ‘you can choose your friends not your family.’ I would have chosen you a million times over dad. I feel blessed to have had the most loving, caring and thoughtful man as my dad. As Annette has said - ‘you were a modern man before it became fashionable!’ While mam worked, you cared for us at home being the cook, cleaner, nurse and handyman to mention a few rolls. I can’t express how huge the whole is in my heart right now but I know you’ll be watching while caring for others wherever you are xxx

To a wonderful Uncle to Paul and Uncle in Law to me. You will be missed by all your extended family, we will miss you and our wonderful little chats. May you be at

As I grew older you were always there
I only had to call.

29 beautiful years with you as my grandad will never be enough but the adventures and laughs we’ve had during that time I will cherish forever. Not to mention the bonus 5 years that Elizabeth had with her little grandad. I can only hope that myself and Elizabeth can continue to do you proud as you watch on. The most kind and caring soul and had so much love to give. Love you always grandad, miss you already and thank you so much ♥️
