Patricia AnneSTEPHENSON(Ouston) (formerly of Gateshead) Peacefully on 2nd December 2016 aged 72 years. Patricia (nee Gregson), beloved wife of Brian, devoted mam of Paula and Joanne, loving mother in law of Bill and Allan, much loved grandma of Kimberley, Laura, Lewis, Christopher and Adam, great grandma of Kieran, Grace and Matthew, loving sister of Maureen. Patricia will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Service at Saltwell Crematorium on Friday 16th December at 10.30am. Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Macmillan Cancer Support.
