HeatherSOULSBY(SMITH)(Wallsend) passed away peacefully at home on the 9th November, aged 86 years.
Dearly beloved wife of the late husband Tommy, a much loved and adored Mam to Joanne, special Mother in law to Ian, very proud Grandma to Jordan and Caitlin and a cherished sister, Auntie and friend to many.
Funeral service to be held at Tynemouth Crematorium on Friday 22nd November at 10:30am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Heart foundation UK.
Heather will hold a special place in all our hearts forever and will be greatly missed by all.
