MichaelSMITHSuddenly, after a short illness, at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary on Sunday 1st December, aged 65 years.
Beloved husband of Sarah, a much loved dad of Gary, James, Tracy, Charlotte and Will, father-in-law of Jenna, Siobhán and Jess, a treasured grandad and great grandad and a dear brother, uncle and friend to many. He will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 10th January at 12.30pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, will be gratefully received for The Rob Burrow Centre (MND) Appeal. A box will be available as you exit the chapel.
