A very loving and much-loved Wife, Mum, Nana, Great-Nana, Sister, Aunt and Friend who sadly passed away peacefully in Stoke Hospital on 28th November.

A celebration of her life will take place at Stafford Crematorium, Tixall Road on Wednesday 18th December at 13:00.

All are welcome to attend.
