TerrySMITH'Tez' Passed away suddenly at Royal Derby Hospital
on 15th November 2024, aged 62 years.
Devoted husband to Sarah, adored dad of
Tyler, Jamie-Lee, Elisha, Kai and Ava,
treasured son of Mick and Gill,
much loved brother, uncle, nephew, cousin
and a very special friend to many.
Tez's Funeral Service will take place on
Tuesday 17th December, 11.15am in the
Cedar Chapel at Bretby Crematorium.
Family flowers only please,
donations if desired are invited to benefit
'Holbrook School for Autism' and 'Fun Ability'.
These may be given at the service.
