Wendy JaneSMITH(Nee Eyre) of Kimberley Passed away peacefully at Hayward House Nottingham on 29th October 2018 aged 66 years. Wendy was a loving wife to Dave, mum to Lee, Tricia, Mark and Lorna and mamar to Riley and Emily. The funeral service will be held at Wilford Hill Crematorium on Monday 19th November at 15.20pm.
