SusanSMITH'Susie' Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday 13th September 2017, aged 41 years. Beloved daughter of Carol and John, much loved sister to Lynne and Nathaniel, loving aunt to Georgia, Chloe, Ryan, Ashli, Sarah, Aron and Ryan. She will be sadly missed by all of her family and many friends. Susie's funeral service will take place at St. Peters Church, Chellaston on Friday 6th October 2017 at 1:00pm, followed by the Committal at Markeaton Crematorium in the Main Chapel.
